About Our Online Reservation System for our Muskoka Cottage Rentals and Units.

If you do not have these or do not wish to download them before using our service,
we'd be delighted to assist you on the phone daily between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm, EST at 1-800-461-4232 throughout North America or 705-635-2281 when phoning from outside of the continent.

We also wish to bring to your attention our Terms and Conditions that apply to our Muskoka cottages for rent and our units prior to entering the service.
Please note: All rates are quoted in Canadian Funds.
1.) When making your reservation, you will need a valid Visa, Master Card or American Express. The credit
card will be charged with a monetary deposit of $60.00 per person for the Modified American Plan
(includes breakfasts and dinners), and $200.00 per Housekeeping (with kitchen/no meals) unit, suite or cottage. The deposit will be returned minus the cancellation fee of $10.00 per person for the Modified American Plan or $60.00 per Housekeeping unit/suite/cottage when cancellation is received 30 days prior to the arrival date.
The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 29 days of the arrival date, late arrival or early departure. Also note, the reservation will not be held after the first night for No Shows unless arrangements have been made in advance.
2.) If you are bringing a pet, also take special notice that a pet charge will apply in the amount of $15.00 + GST per pet. The charge is for the stay and not a daily fee. You will also be required to sign Our Pet Policy when checking in and the policy is listed under the Pet Friendly button on the bottom of this page.
