Our dining room is not liquor licensed but you are more than welcome to bring your own. No cooking.

The children's rates are determined by the size of the family and the ratio of adults to children.

A deposit of $60.00 per person (including children) is required when booking and it will be returned on the confirmed day of departure. The deposit is not refundable in case of early departure or if cancellation occurs within 28 days of the arrival date. The deposit will be returned minus the cancellation charge of $10.00 per person when the reservation is cancelled prior to 29 days of the arrival date or we are able to resell the accommodation for the same length the cancellation was for. Please note the accommodation will not be held after the first night for "No Shows" unless arrangements have been made in advance.

These rooms and cottages are equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, toaster, drip coffee maker, and during the summer, picnic table and propane BBQ. The accommodations are supplied with bedding, bathroom tissue, kleenex, bar and dish soaps, tea towels and dish cloth.  If you wish to have the bath towels, hand towels and face cloths provided, the cost is $4.00 per person for a weekend or $8.00 per person for the week.  Meals may be purchased in our dining room if desired but reservations are necessary.


HOUSEKEEPING SELF-CATERING PLAN RATES:

 
During July 2 to September 3, 2011 the cottages are rented by the week and the units and suites are a minimum 3 nights. The cottages, units and suites are a minimum 2 night booking for the rest of the year except for Thanksgiving (Oct. 6 to 12) and December 22, 2011 to January 2, 2012 when the minimum increases to 3 nights. 

One Bedroom Units (3 Units in Castledown)
- $135.00 daily and $740.00 weekly. Rates valid for up to 3 people in a unit.  Please add $22.00 daily or $90.00 weekly when you are 4 people in a unit.

One Bedroom Suites (2 Suites in Birchgrove)
- $195.00 daily and $995.00 weekly. Rates valid for up to 3 people in a unit.  Please add $22.00 per person daily or $90.00 per person weekly when you have 4 and 5 people in the suite.


Two Bedroom Cottages (Hilltop, Four Gables and Sunnyside)
- $290.00 daily and $1360.00 weekly. Rates are valid for up to 4 people in the cottage.  Please add $22.00 per person daily and $90.00 per person weekly when you have 5 to 8 people in the cottage.

Three Bedroom Cottages (Heatherbrae and Lakeside)
- $360.00 daily and $1650.00 weekly. Rates are valid for up to 6 people in the cottage.  Please add $22.00 per person daily and $90.00 per person weekly when you are 7 to 10 people in the cottage.

 

Off-Season Discounts for the Housekeeping Self-Catering Plan available October 11 to December 21, 2011 and April 1 to June 29, 2012.  Discount is dependent on number of people in your party.
