	HEATHERBRAE: MAP, H/K Four Season Cottage May be reserved for as little as 2 nights year round with the exception of mid June to the end of August when the minimum requirement increases to one week. 2 bedrooms have 1 double bed and 1 single bed in each. Third bedroom has a set of single bunk beds. 2 bathrooms (1 private for bedroom with 1 double and 1 single, other bathroom shared by the bedrooms with 1 double and 1 single and 1 set of bunk beds). Cottage also has living room, fireplace, hide-a-bed sofa & kitchen. Please Note: No Smoking. All ashtrays have been removed from the building. Heatherbrae Rates: H/K Rate valid for 1 to 6 people during July 2 to September 5 $1650.00 weekly (nightly rates are not available during July 2 to September 5) Extra People - $22.00 per person per night or $90.00 per person weekly September 6 to June 29 - $360.00 per night (min 2 night rental), $1650.00 weekly Extra People - $22.00 per person per night or $90.00 per person weekly Discounted rates available October 11 to December 20 and April 1 to June 29 with minimum 2 night stay.
